Sadly, I believe annual reports come from companies, and not mines or other included entities. Possibly you can find a lignite mine that is the sole entity of a corporation.

Why would anyone operate an underground lignite mine, if you don't mind my asking.

I think that's a thing of resources, some countries are only rich with coal, plus for me it's about finding one mine that I can get operation cost for, in order to compare it with some of the local mines...

hey, thanks for your reply. I have come across this company before, but had to discard it as it DOES NOT fit my criteria, since it only has open cast mines
I however am searching for an underground mine, specifically.
