Groups posts notification by keywords?

Hi,

My wife (lactation consultant) spent a lot of time today reading groups in facebook looking for lactation posts.

I am looking for a way that will enable her to get notifications for new post in the groups that she was register to only for specific keywords.

Can you think about a way to do it?
