Posting as a Page on Facebook?

I'm an admin for a Business Page on Facebook. I have it set up where the email I use as an admin does not have an FB profile at all - it's literally just for managing the Page itself.

When I try to post on other Pages or Communities, nothing shows up as my avatar, not even the name of my Page when I post. Is there some setting I need to adjust so my posts can show up as being from my Page, including the name and a photo beside the post?
