In my first facebook account I can see what my friends liking commenting and sharing in top right corner .. but I have new account where this feature is off.
I'm wondring why.. and how can I activate it if possible

It's their account settings, not yours.

@mohayas,
If you're friends, send a note and ask them to change their settings so that you can see this stuff. Y'know, communicate. Like friends actually do.
