truth
Intelligence (qua "I.Q.") is something various tests purport to measure. I recognize intelligence when I hear an insightful comment, a celebrated theory, a beautiful painting or musical composition, a machine well repaired, a tool cleverly invented, and so on. By its fruits, not its score, do I recognize it. Of course a member of MENSA is likely to include successful test-taking as one such "fruit."

Intelligence as a subjective interpretation is relative to the intelligence of the interpreter and the method and means they use in their evaluations.

To a rabbit a rabbit is the measure of all things in which human intelligence, if it were evaluated by rabbits would probably be rather low, or lower then their own since humans lack rabbit abilities, especially how to communicate in rabbit, and the knowledge of what a rabbit is to a rabbit which of course is not a rabbit.

First off, the question should read "Wot iz inteligince," to make it more internet friendly. Correct the spelling, and then we can talk.
