Facebook - how can I access my account please?

Hello, I'm unable to remember my fb password (having changed it when drinking!) and the email address registered is now deleted, I've tried and cannot reactivate the old email account. Facebook isn’t giving me any other option to receive a reactivation code, like using some of my friends from my account. Will I really have to start a whole new facebook account? I am curently logged in on my phone however I cant keep it forever!
