You could try accessing it using a different computer. If it works properly then you know it is something isolated to your computer.

If it still doesn't work properly, then use the Contact Us or Help link on Facebook, describe the problem to them in detail including what type of operating system, browser, etc., you are using.

If it is something isolated to your computer then make sure you have the latest versions of Flash and Java installed.
