Medecines Education in Germany

Hallo!! Hi everyone! I would like to know the system of Medecines education in Germany. I still go to Highschool but I'd like to gather as much information as possible. I'm learning German for 3 weeks now (intensive curse for 4 weeks) and I'm planning to learn it as the school year begins.
I'm also thinking why not go I spend two weeks or 3 in Germany to learn it better next summer! but my question is: Is that enough if I'm planning to study medecines in there? A lot of people say that it will be kinda hard to memorize all the lessons in German. That's why I wanna get the answer from you guys. Please do not hesitate to help me out I really need it!
