believe it or not i was thinking that first,,,,
Oops. Mikey, I have to apologize to you. I bought this CD called GOOD ROCKIN' TONIGHT (THE SUN LEGACY), which features Paul McCartney, Elton John, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton with the Impressions, Sheryl Crow, Tom Petty and others. I played it the other night the first and only time. It stuck in my head that Paul did Whole Lot of Shaking", but in fact he did "THAT'S ALL RIGHT", an Elvis song. It was in fact Elton John did "WHOLE LOT OF SHAKIN'. Sorry about that. The song Bob Dylan did was called RED CADILLAC AND A BLACK MUSTACHE.
Sorry for the confusion. My question about the ex Beatle was bogus - mistakenly so.
the dylan/everly bros thing was right tho, i'm pretty sure about that one
Yes it was. It was on SELF PORTRAIT.
