I would imagine it would only work if it were to be a game that requires little Ram the compatability for the hardware on your iPod You could either rewrite the programming (which is a pain in the ass) or you could convert it with a file converter that you can find somewhere online to download on your pc and then convert the file to one that is compatible with a iPod
