Why are my FB posts anonymous?

I just joined FB, and have an account under my eBay name, but no personal account. When I try to post to another business, my post only shows the silhouette photo and no name. I tried the "Use Facebook As..." button under the "edit Page" tab, but that didn't do anything. I tried to ask this question on the FB Community forum and my question was refused as being "spammy" or "abusive." I don't understand. Can anyone here help?
