Fleck 9100 Water Softener

I have a Fleck 9100 Water Softener twin tank system that I can't manually stop and start to run after hours in a business. This thing is super loud and in an area that it's not really very convenient to run during business hours. I have the manual but there seems to be no way to stop this from regenerating manually and start it up in a few hours. I have spun all of the dials without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
