Lawsuit!!!

Im looking to get information for my pending libel case. I know an individual whom shared some legal documents via FB from a sealed case in California. My attorney and I would like to gain this information to bring about the lawsuit and expose this individual. Unf0rtunately her FB is private and I do not speak to anyone on their friends list. I found out this information from a third party whom is friends with that individual. However they will not give me the photo of what she has on her page due to being implicated. How can we gain this information without any illegal activity(e.g. hacking)? I need a quick way to get this done.
