Seeking Nursing Job In Italy

My wife is in Italy now and she is searching a job over there as Nurse,
As per her concern very difficult to get a job over there.
She got passed the exam also which rearguard for an RN Italy.
Can anyone help me how can she find a Job in Italy/ Nursing agency.
