Identifying painting Hortense Mancini

When cleaning my grandma's house I found this painting. After some reasearch I found out that it was depicting Hortense Mancini and that it was painted before 1700.

Google her name and ask for images.

Find artists who have painted her.

If you … really believe that you have a genuine 17th century painting than why are you wasting time asking an internet forum that literally doesn't have any art appraisal or art history experts (let alone someone who will appraise a painting for absolutely free of charge)?
