Think of a situation at school where somebody clearly used politics in a negative way(feel free to choose what he did ). What could have been done to prevent this from happening? 1 OR 2 paragraph answer please

I wouldn't go ask some grumpy old men and women to do my homework for me.

It sounds a little bit controversial. But the best thing, it seems to me not to hurry up and get more info and details concerning the situation happened. And then being armed with some solid facts, take action informing corresponding services about this.
