Why doesn't Red Chillies Entertainment production company email work?

So I have been trying to contact Red Chillies Entertainment which is headed by Shahrukh Khan and his wife to confirm an address regarding to sending a single fan letter for my sister. I have tried both emails ([email protected] & [email protected]) but, it has done nothing but decline. I do not understand how a billion dollar production company with 50-60 people working there and the company's email don't work? Please help! All I want to do is send a fan letter, that's it.
