2 retail locations with 1 facebook page??

Hello, i have a client who owns two store locations (5 miles apart) that offer the exact same service but due to cost and simplicity would like to use just one main fb page instead of one for each store. Question: is this something that would be effective? Also, couldnt I use an App to create 2 additional FB landing pages as dropdowns from the main page if we wanted to? If so, what app do you recommend for this? Thank you for your help! This is the first time I have dealt with this issue!
