@tabithad,
I think I'd go with the L'Oreal honey blonde + mix you used most recently - and do vertical foils with it. The foil will provide heat and make the chemicals work better.

@tabithad,
in the meantime, do two nice fishtail braids, jam on a hat and let your head get dirty (if you can)

(but don't make her silly face!)

it really does seem to make a difference

There is no need to add bleach if your hair has already been extremely processed. An alternative can be adding a dye like dark and lovely to lighten you hair. Use the lightest color they have according to the tone you would like. Sometimes you have to use more than two boxes of dye if you hair is really long. Make sure hair is soaked with the dye, so the dye can dye vently. Then if you are looking for a similar color simply apply the new color. If you are looking to go lighter, use a color remover... (can buy them at any pharmacy)....and remove the hair color you just applied what this will do is strip your hair of all color, as if you bleached it....except for it has no bleach. Then you can add either a new hair dye to further lighten your hair or simply add a toner to remove an reddish or yellowish tones. Believe me this is still less damaging than adding bleaxh to your hair. Tip:if you want your hair bleach blonde tone do not use a honey color tone to lighten your hair, as it will be more difficult to remove the reddish tone of the honey blonde. Also if you still feel that your hair has patches of different colors, when you buy your hair dye...if the patch is lighter you apply the dye to the rest of the hair and not the patch, until the end. Of its darker you apply it on the patch first, then the rest

@00Cleopatra,
Being two years ago, I would place a bet that it has grown out by now.

@tabithad,
Yes dye adds colour, it doesn't lighten hair. In order to go from dark to light you must bleach your hair.
