There's a lock in the upper right corner. Click on it. Those are your privacy settings.

yes, i know where are privacy settings, but i can't find where can i unlock or whatever i must do to somebody can find me. do you know exactly where?

I do not. Facebook is changing and currently it is being rolled out in stages.
Not everyone has the same look and feel, so what I tell you could potentially be incorrect.
