Posting as a business on another Facebook page

I have a business page and have recently liked another Facebook page created for people within my industry to interact. Whenever I post something to the wall of that page it appears in the "recent posts by others" section, but my profile picture is not displaying and my name is displayed as "Facebook user". Everybody else who has previously posted has their profile picture as well as either their personal name or the business name of their page. Is this something to do with the privacy settings on my page?
