Facebook sponsors/advertising "You have been kissed!" (IMPORTANT)

Someone has been sending me kisses "You have been kissed!" with a pair of red lips that pops in the sponsors/advertisements section. How is this done, is it an app that sends it?

And that's not all, also singles sites advertisements, TONS of them, also selective adds that pertain to things I put up to my page. In essence someone is talking to me through sponsors/adds. How is this possible? If you act like a business can you selectively send advertisements to someone? I am being hazed big time and I need someone with some knowledge on this to shed some light on what's going on.

If anyone knows how this is being done, I would greatly appreciate any info that you could give. Thank you very much in advance.
