Hello Friends. Does this short letter read grammatically correct? Thank you.

"Kindly request the meeting on Tuesday be postponed until such time when Mr. Wedgwood is able to visit me at my home, along with yourself as agreed. In the meantime, the meeting should not go ahead in my absence and I trust there has been ample notice given to this effect.

Please keep me informed as soon as a date for a meeting at my home has been arranged."

Yours sincerely
