Hello Community,

The handle of a hunting knife fits into the silhouette, movement and weight of a hunting knife. How to make your own hunting knife handle?

Thanks and Regards,

@KnivesSwitchblade,
To make hunting knife handle we need basic woodshop, Wood shop Sanders, Wood Band Saw, Metal Band Saw, Metal Sanders, Scribe, Files, Drill Press, Clamps, Pins Color spacers etc.

@RayEGarcia,
you dont really need a whole lot of tools. I use a hand coping saw after I trace a handle pattern on either walnut or quilted maple, or a segment of deer antler.
Drilling out the pin holes is the really tricky part. I use a hand jewelers drill with smaller drill bit that I need . You then need brass knife pins (available through many supply houses. I alo use gel super glue fter roughing up the tang of the knife.

Ive made several knives out of car and truck springs I got from a junk yard.
