I experience some brisk cracking noise from my hip and this causes my hip to ache. I am really worried what it may be? Can anyone help e with this unusual noise?

Yup, jcboy its somewhat similar to the noise in fingers. Its sometimes irritating and the frequency of noise is getting increased day by day. How can I manage it, do you have any idea?
