However you might clarify just a bit: eg, which sound levels where under what conditions

Forgive me E3 but if it's no trouble and without revealing anything critical to your identity can you tell us something about yourself, eg; age, sex, nationality, ed., motive, etc

Yes you can achieve specific sound levels in a transformer. If your condition is lower than the available, than you can request a particular sound level on your bid

Apparently 321 you understand what E3 means by "transformer" so you might reveal same to the rest of us

I think of transformer as (1) an electrical device using windings around an iron core to isolate one power source from another or to step a voltage level or (2) as a kind of futuristic robot
