What are some of the ideas that would help to stay fit and healthy even with Arthritis?

Mountain bike, rest awhile, hydrate, then mountain bike some MORE! Wink

It's hard to tell. Different individuals vary. Biking in general doesn't subject the joints to impact, and this is not limited to mountain biking. Neither does swimming. Try both and see how they work out for you

Swimming seems like the winner with the least impact on the body.
