my ecowater softner is running continously water is coming in the inlet and draining out the hose, I had it apart to clean and inspect gaskets and now it will not run properly. When I put the disks and gaskets back in I was careful and tried to put them in the same way, also is there supposed to be a flow washer/gasket at the end of the drain hose where it is attached to the unit, I did not see one when I took it apart but in the manual it shows one. I am getting ready to chuck this conditioner as I have had many problems and service is expensive and I do need a unit due to red water iron.
