Good day, I've been having alittle problem with my middle finger on my right hand getting locked into a curled position. Its not painful but it does feel weird. I have to pry it back straight. I fear it'll get worse if I don't do something now to help it. It seems to do more of this in the morning, after waking up? I can remember my mother telling me she had the same problem a few years back.
I wanted to know if there's anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse? Such as take a supplement, (Glucosamine/Chondroitin etc.) or some sort of finger exercising. What about a natural preventions? I don't have a regular doctor(can't afford it) & I need to take care of this the best I can on my own.
theres only one reason for wanting to make a straightened middle finger. GOD is letting you know not to do that.
Maybe you can have it examined first by a doctor.
