Friend added me notification

I fell out with a friend who I assumewithin 10 mins must have immediately deleted or blocked me, I wasnt aware of this but 10 mins after we had fallen out i saw a friend request alert on my phone saying C...... T...... has added you as a friend. There had been no request by me as I wasunaware I had even been deleted or blocked at this point.

They do not show up in my friend listnow and I cant see the alert I saw.

Any ideas ?
