I need a good Caesar salad dressing recipe...

Well, I'm not so sure about that last one, but the writer is enthusiastic.

In the salad list, sugared walnuts and aged vinegar and roasted onions and balsamic itself and very fresh greens are all a step up from a lot of salads laying around on table tops.

Mr. B loved your recipe! He says "stick with it -- don't change anything".

It was a bit too much dijon for me, plus I like the creaminess and bite that a coddled egg gives. This one most definitely lasts longer in the fridge though.
