As long as we're on the subject, could I alter my name? Change it from gustavratzenhofer to Gustav Ratzenhofer.

Or would that confuse too many people?

There is an old story. Seems that there was a Justice of the New York Supreme Court in the 1930's named Peter Schmuck. Just to prove that I am not making this up:

Well, the story goes that a man came before the court who wanted to change his name. The judge refused, and said, "If I can live with my name, you can live with yours", or something to that effect! Laughing

Send a request by PM to Moderator, and specify the name you'd like to change to. Take note that when the change occurs you will need to use the new name to log in. So if you can't log in, try the new name.
