No. Baldness is caused by lots of things - heredity, excessive hair pulling (can be while combing), chemotherapy, cancer, radiation - but not masturbation.

If you're worried, go see a doctor, but you will likely be told the same thing. And, if it is heredity, there's not a lot you can do about it (Rogaine only goes so far).
