1.) Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape display topics.php as below...

http://www.waggery.com/m/testing/topics.php_prob.gif

...My versions of IE & Opera display the page correctly.

2.) Navigating to topics.php while not logged in brings up a strange, relatively short list of topics from 2002/2003, some of which are accessible, some of which are on restricted forums such as the moderator forum.

I'll get 1 resolved in a bit.

As to 2, that's a list of guest topics. The page isn't meant to be accessed by guests and isn't liked to for anyone not logged in AFAIK.

Ok, I fixed it. And I have to say that I have no idea why opera and IE were displaying it correctly. The code was the worst HTMl I ahve ever seen (wasn't mine, it was from a mod author).

It opened up 3 'td's and closed two with 'tr's and failed to close the last one altogether.

I ahve no idea what the author was thinking and even less idea as to why IE didn't spit in my face when I tested the code.

Thanks again for being bug hunter extraordinare.

Um, thanks. Smile

I've only ever "hunted for bugs" when you first put up a2k2.0, otherwise I've only posted problems I happened to notice.
