I have the rainsoft gold and seems that the displays only show two blinkings dots on the middle and show some burned part on the left side of the program/enter button ... any one can help ... if it needs to be replace (the computer board)? then where can I get it ... ? any alternative solutions ... would appreciate any help on this.... thx much

Is it still under warranty?

It's no more under warranty ...
they said need to be replaced and cost so much ...
