Yes will be very hard to recover the damage area as the news channels are telling that it cost 60 billion dollars to recover it.

the trains are the big unknown...so far no official is willing to speculate when they might be back online. before the storm the estimate was that it would take a month to get the MTA back if the tunnels flooded, if so this storm is going to be enormously expensive in economic losses.

I am not sure about it because i don't have much idea about it. But i m also looking for the answer which is also helpful to increase my knowledge
