echowater

Hi , I have a miracle water model R24 ....
Problem , about a month ago started to beep all the time , unpluged over night replug then fine for a couple of days then start allover again . then about a week ago could only plug long enough to do a recharge then beep again
now cant get it to do any thing just beep
checked the meter censor , and the transformer all good
now would I be right to assume that the face plate (computer) be faulty.
