I have called the above dealer at least 25 times in the last 60 days and he has not responded to my calls. I have left messages on his voice mail on every single call. I am appalled at the service I am receiving from RainSoft. Now that I have purchased the system for $7000 I have to run behind to receive services that were promised. He promised to come and test the water after one year of installation. He also needs to deliver the balance soap and liquid detergent that was promised. Don't know if anyone else is facing this problem with RainSoft dealers.
