How to improve my rank after Google panda Update

My site had a good rank in Google in last two month. After update of Google panda the rank will be decrease. So plz suggest me what to do?

Use white hat SEO technique definitely your rank will improve day by day.

Again you have to create a quality backlink and in you have to post unique content when you are submitting it in blog sites or web 2.0 site.
