Who is this person?

I was wondering if anyone could provide the name of this person or who she is? She looks very familiar, but I can't for the life of me place her. This picture is part of an advertisement that shuffles random pictures around with each reload. I see it a lot but it has no identification. The background looks like she is some sort of cheerleader or member of a dance group for a basketball team.
