Somebody started a thread about this joker recently, and apparently he's some kind of artist (or claims to be) and a legend in his own mind.

A web search for this joker was hilarious. Some people are calling him the new Matisse (insert rolly-eyed emoticon here). He also seems to have posed nude for Playgirl magazine once, as well as claiming to have been an opera singer and composer. An obviously unedited and unvetted, extremely brief article at ask-dot-com calls him the greatest renaissance man since Thomas Jefferson. (Oh yeah, good old Tommy--slave-owner and sulky, puerile politician who was also a legend in his own mind. Sadly, millions of Americans have bought that bullshit.)

It also seems that this joker is a politician. Oh fabrous day--just what we need!

The web search also yielded several hits for France's ambassador to Mexico. He, at least, seems like a nice guy.

This thread has actually the opposite effect for mr Diggler, (aka Dan Parfait). He apparently has a Johnsonian member that needs to be wrapped up in restraint lest it abrades upon the concrete.

I think Bok Choy (or whoever started this thread) cynically knew that it would turn into a "Parfait pile-on" rather tha a defense of his not so obvious talents.

If this clown is contemplating a political career, this kind of thing could be a feeble attempt by his supporters to whip up a "viral" buzz about him.
