My father is a professional handicapper looking to challenge others. He has been handicapping for 40 years, and has managed to maintain a WINNING ROI (Rate on Investments, or the average) throughout the last 20 years. We have documented proof of these Successful ROIs, which have been based on 2 dollar wagers. His ROI over the most recent 200 races is $2.80.

Oh, I see. Well, I am quite knowledgeable in business/software; what does your father have to offer for my skills?

Is he looking for cash investment, or some sort of enterprise service? If the guy is looking for some sort of whale, it's not clear how their software experience would be relevant...
