It's from a forum game that I'm playing. The "third part" is easy I think. One of "De", "Do", or "Da" from The Police's "De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da". It's the rest that I can't seem to figure out.

I knew it wasn't "Band on the Run" and the next hit was for "Katmandu", which fit the other clues.
