Will the tech industry bubble pop again?

Talk in the techverse indicate with examples like Facebook buying up Instagram whereas the company has been valued at a mere $500 million and only sells a single product (a not very original camera app that contains a set of several digital photographic filters) for a cool billion dollars (cash and stock) should we be expecting another major popping of the tech bubble?
