Movement vs thought cramming

There is an ability for your muscles to learn before your head catches up once your head feels burnt out. Can you saturate cognitive learning(instead of physical) and progress before 'gettting it'?.

One is more likely to be on a higher scale than the other depending on the person but I'm looking more towards the physical explanation. Is there a natural dominance or is it dynamic with the neurons development.

I'm thinking it's what we used to call a reflex arc, but they just may have changed the nomenclature on me. Anyhow, I would vote for neurological, if scientific questions could be solved with a vote - which of course, they can't.
