Take it from I guy who's been to dark places too. You got to go speak with someone about why your feeling like this. Preferably a counsellor or therapist. And if things really do get out of hand, do not be afraid to reach out for help. Loved ones, friends, anyone who can support you. Please take care Triste Joven.
