My Message to all Cricket lovers...
Don't play without warming up.. Sad
I experienced previous sunday,,
ultimately resulting in..
1. Hamstring strain
2. Calf stretch 3.
Shoulder ache
4. Lower back prejunction
5. Some pains can't be described
even =p
but still i love cricket. . :p

In my opinion practice and exercise is the basic requirement for every game and one should take care of doing this.
