The words are english, that much I am sure about. But the context and the meaning baffle me.

One hits a 4 - now on 98, two balls to go, 3 to win

Same guy hits the ball and takes off and they run 3, but the umpire say one of the runs wasn't complete (bat not grounded in crease properly), so they've swapped ends and the hitter is now at the non-strikers end on 100 runs with his partner on strike on 94, 1 run to win off one ball.

Hits a six, gets a 100, wins the game.
