I want to ask about the law for day parking in a society and a commercial society.i wanted to know that if i am a shop owner and i keep my vechicle parked only in the day time then sholud i get charged for a month for parking???
Is this a private parking lot, or does the city own it?

my shop is in a comercial as well as a society..opposite is also the same commercial as well as residental society..there is a common lane in between the 2 buildings.i park my vehicle in between the building.but my society charges me for parking.i come under the rule of thane dist.pls reply..
