It's likely that this information has been secreted away under the guise of national security so you'll probably need an official FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to get whatever you're exactly looking for.
Don't know if they still do, but Caltrans (California) used to have a list of bridges and overpasses in the state that were in need of earthquake retrofitting.
You might be able to find similar information from each state's transportation departments.
Pa publishes its bridge inspection records on their website. We have a very weird setup of road and bridge responsibilities, fed, state, local road and bridge maintenance
